President's Message
Welcome.
The Pacific Meadows II and III Homeowners Association was established in 1991 as a non-profit, non-secretarian corporation that:
* Serves the welfare of homeowners in matters of mutual interest within the community;
* Publicizes and enforces the subdivision's covenants, which are designed to foster an environment that will be conducive to maintaining and improving property values of homeowners;
* Creates and offers social activities among homeowners that promotes a sense of community; and
* Operates for the improvement of the community.
Our Board of Directors consists of 14 Representatives from each District within the subdivision. We are here to serve your interests - to help create a safe, attractive, and friendly neighborhood. Please contact us with questions or concerns.
Your support through annual dues helped us install a new neighborhood sign in 2002, and enabled us in 2003-2004 to maintain the landscaping around the sign, as well as the entrances to our walking trail. We sponsor family events such as an annual Easter egg hunt, and a fun back-to-school summer picnic, plus a neighborhood-wide Spring garage sale. We publish quarterly newsletters to keep residents informed of area happenings, and we offer our members a directory to keep in touch with friends and families throughout the Pacific Meadows II and III subdivision.
Pacific Meadows II and III is a family-friendly subdivision of over 300 homes, and we, your Homeowners Board, are dedicated to maintaining this premiere neighborhood through our commitment and service to you. Join us - be a part of our community. Together we can create a safe, attractive, and friendly neighborhood for all of our residents.
